Steps to e-mailing leaflets to your patient:
1) Select the stage within the Patient Journey you are interested in exploring. This may be relevant to a particular patient you are treating, or area you are interested in.
2) You will then see all patient information available for this stage of the Patient Journey. Simply select which files you wish to send to your patient by clicking on the 'Add to cart' icon. If you wish to view the file first or download for future use, just click on the 'Download' arrow.
3) To continue and send the selected files to your patient, click on the 'Send to a patient' button.
4) To send your chosen file(s) to your patient, complete the e-mail subject line, add recipient and enter a message which your patient will then receive. You can double check which files are being sent in the 'Cart' where you can remove any files if needed. If you wish to select more or different files, just click on the 'Back' button.
5) To then send your e-mail, click on 'Send to patient'. You will then receive confirmation that this has been successful.
